| Well, it was my 2nd day shadowing Dr. James and the very first one was very interesting, I just had no idea what was going to take place on the 2nd one. Chad our patient from the prior day came in for a ensue up visit. Dr. James wasted on time in saying him to get disrobed so that we could proceed the examination where we left off the day before. The doctor probed me by asking me what we had done, what we had left to do, and where my skills were at. I started to fellate on Chad's knob to watch if I could get him rock-hard like the day before when his pecker was rock hard.
